Pros

Good location, generic sales job

Cons

They encourage you with "incentives" such as $50 store credit that don't get updated for months. It's not unusual to be paid one month after your salary is due, and I have never gotten superannuation from them ever. Asking for a holiday is like asking to be fired, and when anything goes wrong, it's automatically a sales associates fault.

Pros

- Working in a beautiful store - Product Allowance - Weekly Incentives - Store opens at 10:00am work life balance. - Everyone is a Manager, good pay - They are building a culture and working on themselves

Cons

- High staff turnover - No training, I learnt most things from the website. - Management don’t have time to train you due to minimal staff on floor, Won’t bother training you on your position (such as reporting) if they don’t think you can’t handle it, won’t even bother giving you a try, or say they will and won’t/can’t make the time. - Management Gossiping that gets everyone involved and Management will ask casual employees to report on each other - They expect you to be a energiser bunny every minute of the day. - Low customer foot traffic - weekly Motivational sports videos some with swearing and yelling
