Very deceitful and will not stand behind property Managers. Don't pay their bills on time. Have liens and other lawsuits filed against them. Can't grow in a company that is slowly falling apart.
You are able to quit but you can count on them trying to damage your name to other companies because you didn’t want to work for them.

In 2021 people are still focus on the color of your skin. As long as the job is done what does it matter? This company is known for racial tension and favoritism of their white employees. You only advance if they don’t have anyone to do the job.
Pay and meeting new people. Even thought they were getting beat by Multi-South.

Racist, never paid bills, let tenants live in slum (MertonManor), will try to ruin your name with other companies, will let you work in the worst communities if you are black, and they will not give you the tools you need to succeed.
