Good friendly people, human approach to employees(huge plus today).

Cons

Managers on your back when there is a deadline, messy work, often luck of specification and unavoidable misunderstanding. Lost many great people in last few years.

Multicom is a great place to work which empowers its staff. if you want to work at a medium sized software house in Bristol that offers opportunities for advancement then this is one of then they are one of the best

Pros

Staff empowerment, agile development methodology, Beer once month and quarterly parties ;). Easy to talk to ceo and senior management that care about what you say.

Cons

Poor marketing, complicated quoting process, they have not fully implemented agile methodologies yet, there are a few large cusomers that are sometimes quite demanding
