Managers on your back when there is a deadline, messy work, often luck of specification and unavoidable misunderstanding. Lost many great people in last few years.
Staff empowerment, agile development methodology, Beer once month and quarterly parties ;). Easy to talk to ceo and senior management that care about what you say.
Cons
Poor marketing, complicated quoting process, they have not fully implemented agile methodologies yet, there are a few large cusomers that are sometimes quite demanding
