Pros

not that much the office is nice

Cons

- company does not like to spend money and pays low salaries - a lot less than many other recruitment agencies in Barcelona - they hire people without experience (it is cheaper) and expect them to perform well with no or very little help. - leadership does not give any clear instructions and does not set real or concrete expectations. - everything is just endless talk about positivity - no strategy and it is not acknowledged, if there are any difficulties with certain profiles or clients, so there will never be a solution - owners say they want people to feel committed to the company, but in the end the leadership is not transparent at all - employees guess a lot and feel insecure - internal competion is high and leads to conflict among team members - no real rules regarding advertising, candidate ownership etc.: everything is vague and can be changed. - even 1-1 meetings have nothing to do with the job, just a motivational monologue from the owners - the company value "always adapting" is stretched to the limit: it takes forever for leadership to make a decision and even when it is made they can still change their minds. This means you waste a lot of your time, but still have to reach your KPIs. - The company offered 30 holidays to its employees in the beginning, then changed it to 25 (6 months after it was first communicated that there would be 30 holidays) - they were surprised that motivation fell in the office - confidencial information is sent out to colleagues by accident, e.g. Team leader's salary and commission structures - there is not feedback culture: you cannot give feedback to the company and the company will not give feedback to you, but this does not mean that they are happy with your work.

Pros

some colleagues are nice and the location for the Offices are great

Cons

In reflecting on my experience at Multilingual Jobs Worldwide. One of the most pressing issues is the pervasive sense of pressure and the resultant impact on employee well-being. The management approach has, in my observation, contributed to the development of a toxic environment. Many colleagues have found themselves grappling with burnout, a clear sign that the current work dynamics are not sustainable. Employees are often pushed to work extra hours when goals are not met, yet the issue is exacerbated by the fact that overtime is not compensated. Additionally, I observed instances where recognition and feedback were not consistently provided. Establishing a more robust feedback mechanism and acknowledging employees' efforts could boost morale and create a more positive working environment. Furthermore, the work culture occasionally felt competitive rather than collaborative. Encouraging teamwork, fostering a sense of shared goals, and promoting open dialogue could contribute significantly to overall job satisfaction and team cohesion.

However, we are committed to addressing this issue and fostering a sustainable work dynamic that prioritizes the well-being of our team members. Regarding overtime compensation, we recognize the importance of fair compensation for extra hours worked. While we do not require extra hours, we understand that some colleagues may choose to work additional hours to earn more commission, and we remain flexible in this regard. We also acknowledge the importance of consistent recognition and feedback for our employees. We will work on establishing a more robust feedback mechanism on top of our whistleblowing channel recently implemented to ensure that employees' efforts are acknowledged and appreciated. In terms of our work culture, we agree that fostering collaboration and teamwork is essential. We will take proactive steps to promote a more collaborative work environment, encourage open dialogue, and emphasize shared goals among team members. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Your input helps us identify areas for improvement and ensures that we continue to provide a positive and supportive work environment for all our employees.

Pros

Super kind colleagues in the company.

Cons

They are only thinking about money and targets. The pressure is insanely high and if you don't preform well, you will be kicked out very easily. They expect you to be 'positive' and they push so hard for this, that it creates a toxic enviroment where people feel unsafe to expres their actual feelings. You are not allowed to talk about your salary. People are payed less than other people in the same position and when they work in the same country. When you want to talk about a raise, they don't want to continue with it or have an unfair proposal.
