      Cons

      High turnover, high burnout, and no training. The company scrambled constantly to meet unrealistic deadlines in a chaotic and toxic work environment. Lead times were not met because employees could not be kept long enough to make product. The CEO is constantly trying to pit worker against worker. The CEO’s favorite saying is do it to them before they do it to you. They consistently get into constant screaming matches about firing employees that can be heard through a closed door conference room across the company campus.
