Mentorship from real professionals that have been there and done that. Work closely with the Owners/CEOs is such a treat most companies' ownership has no true investment or care about their employees on the ground floor. Great working environment reminds me of sports people helping people and competition is healthy but not destructive. If you are Ambitious and want to work hard you will get what you put in

Cons

The work is on YOU. I prefer an environment where my value leads to my income opportunity and growth, not a fit if you're more focused on what the company can do for you rather than what value you can bring to earn it.

Been working here going on my 5th year, I love coming to work and working with a great management team. They have a great management program which they teach and train their employees. Their overall culture and work environment is professional and fun!

I cannot think of any cons.
