good clientele, people know the company.

Cons

No work-life balance (expects your availability on weekends and after 6pm) Internal politics (Many boot lickers as department heads who will tell you to do everything urgently even on off hours) Very limited growth (in 2 years bare minimum increment is expected which is like not acceptable considering the current inflation)
