Pros

Easy socialization, even across departments; friendly and skilled colleagues; Good benefits; 8.30h working day can start whenever you want before 10.30; Nice office and work equipment.

Cons

Consistent lack of recognition, no matter the results achieved. Demonstrable experience and skills are neither fairly nor positively evaluated. On the contrary, alignment with company's changing interests is pushed despite workers' own interests and existing contracts. Some team managers might behave dishonestly and will attempt to push you down. Reviews are uni-directional and wrongdoings are not corrected by HR policy. Growth is not merit-based: there's lack of transparency in promotion criteria and performance evaluations. There is no upward feedback system, and, by my experience, employee's concerns are never effectively addressed when raised. In fact, they will end up affecting your performance scores. Hybrid-work policy could be more relaxed given the online nature of the job (only 1 week per year can be full remote). Information sharing is unstructured: you might work on projects without knowing that other teams worked on similar things before.

Pros

Great place to work if you love cutting-edge tech. You are constantly involved in high-level strategic discussions with companies, and because the product offering is so unique, it naturally attracts strong interest.

Cons

Extremely fast-paced—it’s definitely a "sink or swim" environment. Because everything moves at such a high speed, internal processes aren't fully established yet, which can feel disorganized at times.
