Pros

Had a great culture People were fantastic to work with Managers at a state level went above and beyond

Cons

After months of being told Australia will be fine in the many changes ,we were invited to a meeting for Friday on Monday and told to cancel everything. Told we would have about the safety of our positions on Tuesday By 5pm Tuesday the whole GPR field force and managers were made redundant.

Thank you for leaving us some feedback. We are pleased to hear that you find your colleagues fantastic to work with and enjoy the culture at Mundipharma. Restructures are always challenging. The leadership team will work through any potential changes and impact for colleagues and the organisation. However, we can and will always learn from these situations and make improvements on our approach going forward.

Pros

- Used to be one of the best pharmaceutical companies to work for until few years ago. - Market monopoly with pain products.

Cons

- Totally toxic environment to work mainly due to the arrival of new MD. - Incapable management focus on cost cutting and bullying employees to resign. - Only hiring rookies due to easy manipulation and cheap salary. - Extremely high turn over. No one stays for long except those upper management people. - As pain products going off patent soon, future looks bleak at best. - Easily the worst pharmaceutical company now in Australia.
