      Hybrid Working, University Location and 17% Super.

      Cons

      - A lot of workplace bullying (no point of speaking up becuse it is often from the leadership/management team). This just cultivates a toxic and hostile environment. - Workload is extremely substantial and you are expected to put work before everything. If your coworkers leave they will not replace them for at least a couple of months and you are expected to pick up the workload. - Managment will not listen to any of your concerns or input. Any concerns you have will be diminished and swept away however, they will take credit for your work and ideas. Overall be very cautious and consider why the turnover rate is extremely high...

      Never a dull moment. Stay on your toes Quiet place to work because everyone is too terrified to talk

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment Dysfunctional executive team with contempt for staff and students Will take 10+ years to fully recover from terrible decisions of the past 2 years

      Pros

      Great campus, generally great colleagues, easy to access by car, bike, or public transport. Interesting and eclectic students. Historically focused on social justice.

      Cons

      Three successive VCs have gone from bad to worse. One did nothing, the next spent the surplus, and the most recent has shown zero respect for staff in bargaining for pay and conditions. Stay away until there's a purge at the top.
