Heated and air conditioned building.
Cons
Far below average wages, disrespectful senior staff and management, unrealistic expectations, dirty and old, office supplies are re-used to the point of unprofessional looking, NO recycling program even upon request, management unable to ever give a straight answer, women are disrespected, managers lack computer knowledge thus unwilling to allow any changes to improve quality, reliability, and time saving options. Extremely poor safety practices!
