Work is easy. Able to work as much as I want. Pay is ok. High quality of life and flexibility. Lots of working outside in the nicest weather/areas in the country, and on beautiful projects. Company financials are on the up and up.
Cons
Steep learning curve so there tends to be high turnover in lower level staff. Some expectations to be available outside of work hours.
The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, engineers workload seems dependant on the seasons but even in admin, there's always something to take care of.
