      Its not an easy job, physically. It definitely helps to be in good shape. But the pay is worth it and the people are really cool

      Only downside is its just physically demanding

      Pros

      Muscular is a great place to work. There are lot of opportunities for growth, as long as you are willing to put in the work and make the initiative. The company is really a family environment and it makes it fun. Everyone knows when to play and when to get back to work. This is definitely one of the best places I have ever been employed at.

      Cons

      The industry is really hard to predict since it is a moving company. But regardless, the team works hard together to create our own economy.
