Pros
A fantastic company culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and spontaneity. No idea is too crazy. I've been with the company for many years and I don't think there's ever been a better time to work here.
Cons
If don't like working with a small team, it might not be your place. We sit at desks side by side each other. Keep things small and intimate - benefits the collaboration process, but might not be everyone's cup of tea.

An organization built on brilliance, transparency, patience, and world-class technology. Academic bent is reflected in culture, and everyone on my team is a musician. Joined recently and couldn't be happier - if you are awesome and can get in the door, do it - you'll LOVE it
