- Working in close proximity to several Pro Audio brands - Ability to form lasting relationships with Brands/Retailers - Exposure to new up-and-coming AV products - Majority of admin- level staff are Capital University Alumni. - Flexible hours upon request - Ability to get hands on with new product offerings in the form of Demonstrations / Gear loans
Cons
- Severely lacking HR processes, policies and structure - Poor onboarding / Training of company procedures - Severe lack of direction coupled with the inability to relay expectations for any project - Company owner crosses personal boundaries on many fronts, avoid 1v1 conversations. - Warehouse worker crossed inappropriate boundaries with colleague of opposite gender - "We're like a family" but instead "We're like a band" - Values inexpensive labor in the form of internships, low-paying Part-time work, commission-only based compensation agreements. - Other duties as assigned - Poor training and investment into the ongoing success of employees - Extremely high turnover for sales and assistant positions
