Pros
The flexibility of working remotely is amazing for me. The company culture is great, I haven't been happier at any other job I've had so far. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful.
Cons
If some people prefer to work in an office, I can see why remote work wouldn't be for them. That's the only downside I could see, but me personally, I love working the way I do.
