      Pros

      Pay and benefits are decent. Many of the street crews are willing to teach if you want to learn.

      Cons

      The rules are not equally enforced. Most of your coworkers still think and behave like junior high school kids. If you try to further your education, they will not even try to work with you unless you belong to the correct clique.
