Pros
Flexible hours, hybrid work. People here really care about their employee's well being. The apps Musopia create are genuinely interesting and positive. No rigid hierarchies We have a kick-ass office.
Cons
Generally a lack of instructions and definitions. There's not too much hand holding and you need be inquisitive and independant with your tasks. The all-hands meetings can start to feel repetitive and boring.

Talented team and good company culture. Flexible holidays and company trips multiple times per year. You can take more responsibilities and work on different things.
Cons
Processes are not that well defined so you need to be independent with tasks.
