      Plenty of time for your hobbies, as you will be promised 38 hours per week, but it will never be delivered!

      Cons

      Hands down the worst company I have ever worked for, they treat employees as if they are dispensable. Zero concern for their employees or customers and all about profits instead.

      very organized, good crew, overall good experience

      Like any job, some things are not optimal, transparency between higher ups and staff is stiff in terms of understanding what and when you get paid for and dont, also career growth seems a bit slow..

      Pros

      Every Friday there is a team catch up and the boss buys us drinks and pizza. The management of MHM are really down to earth people that always check in to see how we are going inside and outside of work. This company has actually changed my life!

      There really isn't any I can think of honestly.
