1. Pathetic work culture 2. Employment bond to trap employees and demand for 2 months salary if resignation is given before one year. 3. Uncourteous behavior from senior branch staffs. They have no etiquette to understand and guide a new comer/fresher. 4. Lack of motivation. They will criticise and insult you for minor reasons & try to prove you incompetent. 5. They will make you work on everything, even for works that you have not been hired for. Their policy is simple "Pay less salary to employees and get the work done from one employee instead of hiring more employees". 6. Long work hours, 9 AM to almost 7 PM. 7. High risk job, especially for gold check & cash handling. If you make even a single mistake, they will affront you from head to toe. 8. Too much paper works involved. 9. Undue pressure of business generation even for accounts staff. 10. Lowest of lowest salary in the banking industry.
