This organization forced me to find a better organization to work for due to the toxic work environment
Cons
The Upper management ( all friends of each other, go figure) and Directors are no help and unmotivated. Nepotism thrives within this organization. No leadership company wide, the work culture is toxic and very unpleasant. Micromanagement style and no direction for future growth for any employee. No cost of living raises or merit raises, you wear multiple hats and that is Never enough to merit any additional compensation.
