-Management is toxic, filled inner company politics, favoritism and nepotism. Have allowed abusive managers to create toxic work environment and do not address when brought to their attention.
-Credit Union has no direction. Not sure if they want to be a large financial institution or small credit union.
-Management does not have employees back.
-Lots of Gossip and childish drama due to lack of addressing poor management issues.
-HR there to protect company, not employees.
-Upper Management for Branches unapproachable and unwilling to listen to feedback provided by members to employees.
-Zero training program for new employees.
-Zero continuity between branches and how they operate.
-Zero help from back office.
-Not many opportunities given it is a small institution.
-Branches are treated like second class citizens by upper management. Poor work life balance, short staffed constantly, and high turnover.
-Benefits are not good.
