You get to learn new CRM tools

Cons

They get angry when you complete 8hrs per day and question every task you did. All complaints, no compliments. You may even spend 15hrs of your time doing an 8hrs shift No Job security, very low pay

Some colleagues were nice - good to work with

Cons

While I was there, 6 people got fired without notice. The oldest employee other than management has been there for maybe 2 years. No company culture, no appreciation, just cold blooded work. Stay away from this place if you value your career and need some sense of security.
