      Pros

      Working as Regional Gear, I never felt left out. Always been part of strategic decision making process and meetings. Having spent 11 years, when I look back, I find that these years were well spent

      Cons

      Nothing as such comes to my mind. Company can however benchmark best practices and implement some more, in addition to the existing policies

      Pros

      Support to employees - COVID was testing time for all of us. Company not only paid full salary, but considered increments as well. Cook was engaged inside factory for cooking for the labour class not have regular income for feeding themselves and their family.

      Cons

      I do not find anything to dislike about Muvtons. I feel happy working for the company hence worked for so many year and still on board.

      The coaching and mentoring opportunities the company and the Directors have exposed me to have been invaluable and priceless. It’s such an honor to be an employee of this immensely respected company. The way the employees are well taken care of in this company is so impressive. The customer service is top-notch. The structure put in place in this company is just so amazing.

      Cons

      As of now, none. 5 decades of exceptional brand recollect, is helping me to close the deals handsomely
