      Everything. Base pay is NOT livable and you almost never see your promised commission. They also don't care about your safety when traveling.

      You can do what you want in the field. People are nice.

      Cons

      Pay (the owners don’t always pay you what you make) Hours ( you’re expected to arrive early and leave late sometimes 10:30 at night “extra mile”) People (usually the people are demotivated) You’re basically a slave … no benefits
