Senior management has not knowledge how to work , how to manage and not even sense how to talk with employee. I never seen this kind fool senior management in any place.

Every company have their own rules and terms and No employer will tolerate bad behavior in their own premises where they learn , get break and progress well Readers are advised to talk with Mr. Ashok Rathod or use their brains if you really willing to work and career as a developer This may posted by one immature , unprofessional employee who never know where he worked for more than a year , Thank you

There is no pros in terms of project management, culture is very third class, no water some times, no HR.

Cons

I have worked here less than a year and I found that project manager don't know how to assign project to their team in specific technology. If employ dedicately work on one technology then instead of giving project to that particular technology they give different technology work on priority with pressure. How is this possible???????

Guidelines while training : it is not collage where you learn syntax by syntax , it is battle field of life where you have to survive yourself , If you learn yourself , you explore more and add something new , We are company who teach everything to employees , Our employees have more knowledge and skill set than other companies , About Management Skill : We will surely improve it
