I came across a job posting from Engineer Buddy on the Teacheron website and decided to apply. Since then, my experience with them has been largely positive. Payments are mostly on time, which helps me manage and plan my finances easily. However, one downside is that tutors don’t get paid for the time spent preparing lesson plans and materials. This preparatory work can add up to several hours each week. Despite that, the platform offers a great opportunity to connect with students globally and make a positive impact in their academic journey in computer science.

Cons

I Can't think of any downsides to working here.

Respectful, on time payments, freedom to work at your own time, nobody ever forced me to work extra beyond my regular working hours.

Cons

Average payments which is not bad, but should defintely increase by 20-30%
