      Pros

      Half Decent basic Good training Parking I am struggling to think of more

      Cons

      One of the worst jobs I have ever had. The people within are aggressive screaming in your face bullying is rife that would explain the high turnover of staff. Never get paid Bonus seems like the company cannot afford to pay. "Random" redundancies against people with protected characteristics with the intent to rehire staff for the same role. leads get given to their favourites. Coaching managers make you sign coaching you do not agree with to please their managers. They do not have enough staff so each retirement technician has to dp the work of three people. They have more grievances than sales on the board. Avoid at all costs

      As a small business they are open to change

      Cons

      Horrible environment. Have been at least four rounds of redundancy followed by rounds of recruitment. Staff are utterly demoralised with most people planning to leave. If it wasn’t for the constant recruiting there would be no one left. People are reprimanded for minor offences, constant blame culture.

      Decent pay. Monday to friday hours

      Cons

      Bullying tactics from staff. Management dont listen to what you have to say. Firing people for no reason. Awful company to work for. Management dont know what theyre doing and dont follow correct processes
