There is no clear path for growth potential with this company. There was a lot of time spent sitting and waiting for a call to come in. I did not find this position to be mentally stimulating enough. The pay was not great
Too many clients and not enough internal employees. This is likely the case with many employer-sponsored financial coaching benefits; however, it can be disappointing to have to rush through sessions to try and maximize the number of people you can talk to within a day. Payroll was also inaccurate on multiple occasions, and they were slow to fix mistakes.
