      Pros

      You get treatments once a month officially for free, but they will use the staff as models for training. All female team.

      Cons

      Everything happens at the whim of the owner and how they are feeling, the work and demands are much more intensive than the pay they are willing to give.

      Free services, free tea, nice estheticians

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, micro management, unprofessionalism from owners, pushing packages that were not suitable for customers to gain commission. No real benefits except 14 days pto and you have to request a month of two in advanced had to take zoom meetings on my day off
