      ONLY pro is a few good people. They ended up leaving before I could.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, no direction, no legitimate goals, too many people fighting for control, COO has anger issues, poor pay, and no benefits.

      This place is a cluster. Avoid at all costs.

      Pros

      Most of the people are pretty nice. That’s about it.

      Cons

      - No direction. -Too many cooks in the kitchen. Half of the staff is in a Executive/VP position. Each with there own opinion. -Three owners are never on the same page. -Owners scream at one another. -People are under paid. -Over Promise/Under Deliver on many occasions. -People going over each other’s heads. -High Turnover. -Office is not well kept. -No Benefits. -Not paid on time.
