The role itself was multifaceted and allowed me to pick up loads of new skills.
Management are generally friendly, approachable and accommodating when you have issues or requests.
The customer service/operations team are a great bunch. They are all extremely friendly and were always willing to provide assistance when the work required it (and top chat over pints when at team socials). Having worked there for over 7 years, I cultivated strong relationships with a fair few of my colleagues and hope to see them again!
In spite of major structural changes which occurred whilst I worked there, it was always relayed to us that our jobs were not in danger, and this proved to be the case. There seemed to be a genuine effort to make sure no one was made redundant at any point.
The company offers good benefits (comprehensive health insurance and equity in the form of stock appreciation rights).
