Toxic work environment, nepotism, medicaid fraud, no work life balance their always under staffed so you work 11 plus hours a day most times with no lunch, Unprofessional attire from management coming in in crop-tops, management hires their friends and family who have no experience nor training, OSHA violations, over worked and under paid, they can't find staff so you always have Temps, schedules are so full patients are standing, management wants you to hang out with them on your off days they call it team building but in actuality it's just drinking. HR is terrible exposed unprofessional piercings.

Hostile work environment Poor management Unprofessional dressing, nightclub wear, and assets and personal piercings exposed with management Terrible gossiping, nothing is private there, management will not keep anything private and are the ones spreading gossip, lies told about employees, if you aren't in "the click" then you're nothing, Management is dating CEO so the culture of the Houston location is terrible 150 turnovers this year alone with this company This company being predominantly Medicaid or medicare patients, it is already a stressful environment as it can be more challenging and demanding, the management should be there to help staff but this is not the case They take hours from your PTO without consent if you don't make a 40-hour week This could be a good place to work if the management was better trained and created a better culture as this starts from the top down, examples have to be set.
