      Worst working place ever

      Pros

      Can get staff discount but only limited to clothing, footwear, but not grocery and fresh item Decent place to start for internship

      Low salary, i got better salary from my colleague due to i come from mydin competitor, one of my friend there had been working for 6 years and degree level only got 1800 only and she is a manager. Have to work on weekend or public holiday cannot claim replacement leave( head office) No time for pray (muslim) No official black and white on email .. All instruction will be verbally or whatsapp No planning in anything or whatsoever ... No medical benefit can only claim from the company if you went to government clinic 1 time i need to go to a store opening in Terengganu. There was no hotel provided by the company, so i need to pay for my hotel. The worst part i can only claim for accommodation is on myr 100 per day . I stay for 2 night and i pay 260 for both night . But i can only claim 200 ....

      1. Nice colleagues & friendly environment 2. Easy to get cheap food 3. Near to BRT, free staff parking 4. Good for fresh grad to learn SAP 5. Staff discount for selected item

      Cons

      1. No bonus even you work more than 5 years. Have KPI to achieve but useless because no bonus 2. No yearly increment, just static salary 3. Very low salary 4. Slow or no career progression unless you are their golden child - favouritism 5. Family business, if you know you know 6. Small portion of salary will be move to mydin e wallet

      Pros

      - dont be fooled by the interview session/place, ask them to show you your real working station is.. - just find another company honestly - honestly i cant think of any

      Cons

      - super low salary - bad management & HR department.. - if you were to work as a live host, you will be in a hazardous working environment with cockroach, so much dust & bugs, like you will literally be stationed in their dumpster with no aircond, a lot of foreign workers & dirty carpets & leaky aircond (i wish im joking but im not its literally like a dumpster where they kept all of their stocks) - schedule change at a moment's notice, they wont inform you beforehand.. - goodluck if youre schedule past 7pm.. they basically locked you on the second floor with no way out & you need to text the foreigner guard to let you out (imagine if there's a fire or an emergency?!!) - ask for feedbacks but ignored it - just run from this company cause they also commit wage theft..
