Pros
You get a "job" that pays (albeit not much).
Cons
CEO loves to get in your business and micromanage like a boss. Near-Zero creative freedom. Four-hour meetings lead to nothing progressive. Even if you come to a decision, it'll be scrapped within 2 weeks. No team morale (for the above reasons and more). Team lunches require you to cover yourself.

Nothing comes to my mind when I think about positive things about this company
Cons
Lots of promises to keep you working until you figure out they are about to bankrupt and never pay your months worth of salary.
