The biggest is the pay. New people come in getting paid way more than previous employees who carry more of the client workload. You find out your true value once you leave. Lack of diversity in management positions, makes you wonder if promotion is real for others. Sea-Level has ruined another great MSP, which has lead to some god awful decisions over the last year I was there. Post-Covid has management focused on metrics like calls answered as a way of determining who is working hard. Allows for service people to game the system and do less actual work but just answer the phone and make tickets.

Management lies a lot and plays favorites. I was consistently told I was doing great and then was unexpectedly fired. They then proceeded to tell the office that I knew why I was being fired and that I was having performance issues. They then appealed against my unemployment on the grounds of work related misconduct. Since they were obviously lying my unemployment was approved. If you have another job offer. Don't make the mistake I did and choose this company. However, if you like a company that will slander it's former employees and will throw mountains of unrealistic work and unrealistic client expectations. This company is for you.
