      Gender discrimination by the managers You have to compensate if you go on a leave (even for a day, unlimited leave policy is a scam) Bias management Good for nothing Extreme less pay as compared to the market Putting down your papers makes you their enemy Gender inequality, no actions taken even after formal complaint Micromanagement is everyone's hobby here No work-balance life For them, developers are machine working 24*7 and for testing they can call you at 11PM also. Complete product is made by patch works ONLY.
