Cons

The health insurance with family dental coats me 1100 a month. I get paid nothing that warrants that. You don't get paid Holiday,you have to earn it

Short-staffed and on a hiring freeze, burnout, high risk children attend that staff cannot support, concerns are ignored from higher ups despite our administration team vocalizing all of our concerns, multiple staff injuries
