      Pros

      If you're a developer who wants to sit in a corner and write code completely unbothered, then you'll be fine there

      Cons

      -No leadership - top management is there to approve vacation and won't even talk to you -No feedback or performance reviews = no consequences for any behavior = Passive aggressive and toxic colleagues & arguments between departments -The project is at a stage of damage control because the product was sold untested

      I’m so happy I found this company. It’s perfect for my needs and has helped me improve my career. The opportunities for growth are amazing. But what I love most are my colleagues. They are true professionals but also very human and caring. It’s rare to find such a supportive and friendly team. If you want to grow your career and work with great people, this is the place to be. I couldn’t be happier!
