Pros

Competitive Salary (that ends up actually working out less than minimum wage when you take into consideration the hours you're working)

Cons

- Overworked ( I worked 14 hour days and got looked down upon when I wanted to leave at 10.30pm) -No recognition -No direction -Awful workplace culture -Goals are out of reach - Management doesn't switch on until 4pm, therefore everything you do before that time will be disregarded due to lack of direction -Takes advantage of younger people -Double standards in workplace culture

The worst CEO/Manager I have ever worked for

Pros

Good product with potential. Dedicated team considering the terrible working culture.

Cons

CEO/Manager is confrontational, disrespectful, abusive, has no concept of how to communicate effectively with the team and clients, is unprofessional and makes everyone work overtime, unpaid on a regular basis. There is little to no process and structure in place and staff turnover is high due to the highly stressful environment. Truly the worst culture and work environment I've ever worked.

Pros

There is not 1 pro about working for this company I only gave this review 5 stars so it would sit next to the other 5 star reviews that are very obviously written by the owner himself. Not 1 person I interacted with while working there had anything positive to say about him or the company, so its obvious he wrote those nice things bout himself. that isn't very surprising given his sociopathic an nihilistic tendency's that become very apparent only after a short period of time being around him.

Cons

My goodness, I don't even no where to begin. In my time there I witnessed countless borderline psychotic outburst's by the owner, while none of the altercations became physical I honestly believe it is only a matter of time before he hurts himself or someone else. The only members of senior management are ex partners therefore there is many very childish arguments between them that results in built up anger and frustration taken out on the people around them. I also results in ) accountability therefore a glaring lack of support or mentorship from any part of the leadership team. I was lied to, berated, verbally abused and publicly humiliated. If I could go back in time I would never have taken a position there, I would have let the offer of a base way way above normal market rates influence my decision. it is now obvious that the reason they offer rates so hi is in the hope that someone will be willing to take the abuse from the owner and stick around for longer than a few months. I can tell you from my own experience that no matter how much money they offer you it isn't worth being expose to such vile verbal and mental abuse. Please learn from my mistakes and turn around and run away - if you have already taken the job and are reading this after the fact like I did, quit I regret not quitting after the first outburst from the owner that led me to check this site to see if other people had experienced the mental instability i had just witnessed.. it only gets worse so run... don't think just run.
