      Good Hourly Rate But NO Hours

      Pay is fair for hourly rate

      Pay equates to maybe $30k a year when considering the company doesn't take clients in off "waitlist", limiting hours given to each "full-time" RBT. You'll basically get part-time hours and be considered a "full-time" employee.

      I enjoyed my team members on-site.

      This company is awful, simply awful. They are so corrupt, and they make up their own rules as they go. I was with this company for an extended time, and My Spot/Kids Spot planned to sell our location to another company. KIDS SPOT- MY SPOT never provided their employees with any paperwork or official documentation to show when they were selling and when an individual's benefits would be ending. During my time there, they terminated so many staff members in a very rough, sudden way. Employee morale was always low, with continual changes and an unstable work environment, all stemming from a company run so poorly.
