      No pros, only cons here.

      Cons

      Half of your salary will be cut every month on probation and they will cut half day's salary on WFH. They don't have any good product of any sort, timings are the worst, they will expect you to be there at office for 11-12 hours. Don't expect growth of any sort. Better not join this company.

      - No pros as of now, they pretend they have a system and a way to treat every employee equally, but in reality they play favorites with old former employees.

      Cons

      They have a lot of politics within the company - They play favorites in the company, so if you are a manager's pet you will get a promotion otherwise, good luck surviving there. - All people are under 30-35 which means they don't have any hands-on experience with working and handling worst situations. its kids who are running a company. - The only opinion that matters to them is of their managers, you are insulted multiple times, and your work is not appreciated. - Half of your salary is cut when you take a WFH
