None that I can think of. Just a laid back environment with poor quality of folks
Cons
Poor management, very pathetic leadership and a poor execution of talent hired. Seldom that you would want to give more to the firm because you are paid peanuts but expected to create Boeing in the that. Budgets are crunched and salaries might get delayed, because the finance is poorly managing luquidity. You are usually hired at a far lower pay in the first month as trial, which just defines that the management doesn’t have the courage or capability to risk operating expenditure on salaries. Attrition rate is significantly higher and HR policies are lose.
