      Sweden influence every major decision especially financial once. Sometimes improvement ideas go unnoticed.

      Pros

      Great team environment and lots of hardworking employees. My team is very collaborative. The company also invests in employee development, and offers several programs/benefits towards this.

      Cons

      Downside is the workload can have tight deadlines at times.
