      Pros

      Pay is average for the industry, year-end bonus, benefits are good and out of pocket reasonable, steady work and shifts, generally nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Very top heavy (management), work is not evenly distributed, little or no room for advancement, different rules apply depending on who you are and who you know, cross-training is a joke.
