Cons

Experts in mis-management and could care less about safety and workplace culture. Lies upon lies and deception specifically from local manager and his direct superior. Performance evaluation only comes when you chase the manager down and excuses are made as to why wage increase is not warranted despite facts and proven dedication to company's mission. Could care less about work environment and customer satisfaction and believes employees should be thankful to have a job there. THE WORST organization I've ever worked for.

poor management, office workers smokes in warehouse, forklift drivers ride around smoking ,warehouse needs to be a smoke free facility. Forklift drivers ride around with cursing music playing, some forklift drivers have on headphones while on the lift, when it's supposed to be no cell phones in warehouse. Forklift drivers take lunch break and comes back smelling like liquor and weed. Drug tests needs to be done and safety class. Place just horrible and office manager takes up for certain people. People riding the clock and not working, brakes being taking when they are ready, when they have will call people waiting .

Pros

Steady full time job with occasional overtime. The business hours are 7am to 5pm M-F and 7am to noon Sat. at regional branches, so having stability on evening and weekends is nice. Get paid while getting your exercise in, if you're a go getter. Develop customer service skills and networking. Occasional company lunches and sometimes from customers.

Cons

Deduction of overtime during the coming week. Large complaint amongst coworkers having to work Saturdays only to be told to come in late or leave early during the week (ruins carpooling possibilities). Sheduled too many Saturdays. Career growth is almost nil, responsibilities grow but not on par with wage. Sentiment was almost identical throughout regional branches.
