A great company with poor leadership

The company has a great Operations Director in Carole Park who is visionary and supportive. They value the community and do a lot of fundraising.

Cons

The Executive Leadership is underskilled and ego driven. A lack of true business understanding and how the modern world works. When you a company/site that's leadership team has only ever worked in my company and not expanded their leadership skills you have poor management.

As a result of the last Engagement survey, the Commercial leadership team has put in place several initiatives to provide clearer visibility. Cons

Extremely high expectation to work from early morning hours into late hours of the night. Unqualified management and promotion given to undeserving employees completely outside their experience. Corrupt upper management.
