      Pros

      - The benefits are really good - The trainer is the only one in management who is fully aware of what is going on

      Cons

      - Recruiters are not truthful on salary - They play with your queue all day to control who is getting which calls and how many - When you give feedback nothing actually changes - The “AI” system is almost always incorrect - It’s very slow paced, there were days where I was lucky if I received 5 calls - In 9 months 10 employees quit - The company has a frat house culture - I do not recommend working here if you are a woman. You will not be treated equally and this comes down from the top of the hierarchy

      Pros

      Mylo has an innovative mindset without the figuring-it-out-from-scratch pain. Your growth is tied to the company's growth. The people are fun and have a really positive outlook. Benefits are great and pay is decent. It is a small company, so it is not going to be the same as a Fortune 500 company.

      Cons

      The expectations are high and some of the resources are limited. Growth can create some friction, but they seem to be on the same page and now we just need to do it.

      It was a job but not a career

      Cons

      Rather boring and seemed like the company was changing vision constantly. Your expectations will be constantly changing.
