Only the freedom a bit with the flexible timing.
Cons
Typically German/Austrian, abused my knowledge and fired me. Throw the ball and blame some foreigner when you made some fault. Indirect discrimination present, contract as a Lead "but you cannot be a Lead because you are foreigner". Two faced people around, toxic environment for working. Forcing people to work until burnout.... If this is a Group of Companies I am Bill Gates!
