Pros

I was contacted by the president himself and offered the job right after the interview. I did learn a lot about Nuclear and recruiting.

Cons

The boss was micromanaging everyone. Everything has to be his way otherwise you its wrong and you must follow every step that he suggests. The boss mostly hires younger girls and he uses some inappropriate sexual comments and inappropriate grooming.

Wish I would have known before I accepted the job

They take entry level people into the HR position with a reasonable starting salary, good hours.

Cons

it is 100% a cold calling (some warm) recruiting job. You are expected to stay overtime but don't pay over time. There is no training at all, other than you asking other people who have worked there longer. HIGH turnover, about 8 people have sat at your desk this year before you. No leadership or direction.

The owner is extremely unfair and demanding. Extremely inequitable work environment.
